Executive Advisor — Reputation, Policy, Strategy

I advise the C-suite and board where reputation, policy, and strategy collide — and where decisions don’t come with a safety net.

Strategic Communications & Executive Advisory

Before founding Kellogg-Winters Advisory, I was EVP and Head of Executive Visibility at Weber Shandwick, where I built a center of excellence for leadership communications and led C-suite advisory across corporate and consumer sectors — spanning technology, healthcare, financial services, and the public sector. I connect strategy to the people who execute it: working fluidly with internal teams and agency partners, and turning a room of competing agendas into forward motion. The best outcomes are never the work of one brilliant person.

Crisis, Reputation & Stakeholder Strategy

In healthcare, the audience isn’t just regulators — it’s patients and communities. In financial services, I’ve advised listed companies mid-transaction, where the margin for error is zero. I’ve worked with major nonprofits and NGOs, and alongside a CEO navigating fraud and corruption allegations across three continents.

Earlier in my career, as Communications Director for the Aquaculture Stewardship Council, I worked on the ground in Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Americas, building standards in environments where interests genuinely conflicted. That same pattern shows up today: data center operators facing community opposition, pharmaceutical companies managing regulators and patient advocates, global companies under scrutiny from every direction. The earlier you bring someone who’s navigated that terrain, the better.

Cross-Border & Multi-Stakeholder Experience

Having worked across the US, UK, and EU, I know there’s no universal playbook — the best strategy is bespoke, tied to the core business, and authentic. I’m drawn to the hardest problems: unfamiliar regulatory terrain, media cultures that don’t behave as expected, governance norms that shift by room. For clients working across borders, that’s experience that reads the room differently.

Background: Capitol Hill to the C-Suite

Earlier in my career: the United States Senate, Communications Director in the House of Representatives (rising to Floor Assistant), and Press Secretary and Speechwriter for the Los Angeles City Attorney.

Senate floor work, House communications, C-suite advisory across four continents, and on-the-ground multi-stakeholder negotiation — together, a fluency in political judgment, institutional communications, and corporate strategy that’s hard to manufacture. Most clients come to me when they need all three at once.
