Board Advisory
Boards are under more pressure than they’ve been in a generation.
From investors, regulators, employees, and a public that has decided corporate governance is fair game. I work with boards and their chairs on the communications, governance posture, and stakeholder relationships that determine whether a board is seen as an asset or a liability.
I also advise individual directors who want to sharpen how they show up — in the boardroom, in public, and in the conversations that happen before the formal meeting starts. My background spans the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, two decades of C-suite advisory at Weber Shandwick, and on-the-ground multi-stakeholder work across the U.S., U.K., and EU — political judgment, institutional communications, and corporate strategy, increasingly needed in the same room.
