Crisis & Reputation Strategy

Reputations are made and lost in the moments no one planned for.

I work with CEOs, boards, and senior leaders to read fast-moving situations clearly, decide what to do before the situation decides for you, and protect the credibility that took years to build.

This isn’t theoretical. I worked alongside a CEO and his company navigating fraud and corruption allegations across three continents — the kind of situation where every stakeholder, regulators, media, employees, investors, the public, is reading your every move differently, often at the same time. Earlier in my career, as Communications Director for the Aquaculture Stewardship Council, I worked on the ground in Norway, Chile, Scotland, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific, building standards in environments where interests genuinely conflicted, the science was contested, and no single party had the standing to decide. That same pattern — real conflict, no easy consensus — is what I see today in data center operators facing community opposition, pharmaceutical companies managing health agencies alongside patient advocates, and global companies under scrutiny from every direction at once.

What I Offer

  • Stakeholder intelligence and sentiment analysis
  • Geopolitical and social issue anticipation
  • C-suite issue navigation workshops
  • Crisis communications and real-time advisory
  • Reputation recovery

The earlier you bring in someone who’s navigated this terrain, the better. If you’re already in it, that’s a conversation worth having today, not next quarter.
