Global & Cross-Border Stakeholder Strategy
There is no one-size-fits-all playbook for any industry.
I’ve lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, and across the EU — and what that experience has taught me is that the best-articulated strategy is bespoke, connected to the core business, and authentic to the organization carrying it.
I’m drawn to the hardest problems: where the regulatory environment is unfamiliar, the media culture doesn’t behave the way the brief assumes, and the unspoken rules of governance shift depending on which room you’re in. Miss those things and it costs you. Clients working across borders, or managing issues with transatlantic dimensions, get someone who has been in those rooms and reads them differently for it.
This grew out of my time as Communications Director for the Aquaculture Stewardship Council, working directly with multinational companies, government agencies, and NGOs across Norway, Chile, Scotland, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific to find standards that could hold in the real world — not just on paper. That same multi-stakeholder fluency now applies to technology, healthcare, financial services, energy, and ESG-driven organizations operating across multiple jurisdictions at once.
