Executive Visibility & Strategic Communications

I built and led the Executive Visibility practice at Weber Shandwick.

Working with sitting CEOs and senior leaders on how they show up beyond the building — thought leadership, platform strategy, social presence, and the external voice they need to lead effectively in a world where silence reads as absence. This is ongoing advisory, not a one-time project.

Most communications functions are built to produce content. There’s a meaningful difference between that and producing outcomes — and the gap between them is where reputation gets made or lost. I work with C-level leaders and their teams on closing the distance between what you want to be known for and what you actually are: not just what you say, but what you do, how you show up, and whether the two match.
